Shipping, Returns and Repairs
|SHIPPING||We ship our items using USPS Priority Mail Shipping within 5 business days from when you place your order. We appreciate your patience with our handmade items. If you have rush delivery needs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.|
|REFUNDS AND REPAIRS||If you find a problem with an item purchased from the website, please contact us via email (email@example.com). We will direct you on the steps to repair or replace the item. If you’d like a refund on an item for any other reason, we are happy to refund you the cost of the product + any taxes charged. We'll split the difference on shipping fees -- you'll be reimbursed for any shipping charges paid when you originally placed your order but we ask that you pay return shipping fees. We suggest using a padded envelope and USPS First Class Mail. Please email us so we know to expect a return and include a note inside the package reminding us of your request.|
|DAMAGES||The purchase price for items that arrive damaged will be refunded. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with refund requests.
TQH is happy to fix any problems with our handmade pieces. Our damage policy does not include tarnishing of the chain or wearing of leather.
